Dabbi.pk is looking for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our team.

The person will be responsible for designing a wide variety of creatives across digital media and manage the brand’s digital media platforms.
He/she should be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creatives, show attention to detail and work well in teams.

Main responsibilities

Develop creative concepts for design projects that include branding, animations, and infographics for static visuals, video, and social media platforms.
Design & develop innovative and eye-grabbing content for regular brand-focused, promotional posts and marketing campaigns for social media platforms.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Managing social media to drive engagement
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements

Requirement

A Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Arts/Marketing with minimally 1-2 years experience working in the design field
Proven ability to create compelling visual communications using a range of design programs
Creative and forward thinking, with knowledge of current visual design trends
Ability to conceptualize, synthesize and illustrate key messages that incorporate different perspectives
Experienced in designing for a range of media including presentations, print, digital, etc.
Experience in making video deliverables.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A start-up attitude – self-starter and highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun.
you should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
Able to think outside of the box when problem-solving, yet be able to identify, respect, and work creatively within boundaries.

Compensation

The compensation is dependent upon the experience of the candidate. Equity in the company will also be a part of the package
