Plan work process for achieving the company targets and KPIs pertaining to manufacturing & its management.
Supervise the engineering execution team to render maintenance services in his designated areas.
Design maintenance strategies and procedures to ensure maximum uptime and reliability of the Plant.
Develop annual preventive maintenance plans and coordinate with production and planning departments to ensure its implementation as schdule.
Develop technical specification and BOQ for required engineering services and materials.
Analyze engineering data and history to determine the unplanned works, PM compliance, MTBF, & costs.
