The incumbent will report to and assist the Office manager with Day to day routine tasks.
The Applicant Must possess a very pleasant personality and must be good looking and presentable.
The incumbent must possess excellent communication skills, and must be able to communicate in English.
The incumbent must possess knowledge of basic office administration processes.
The Incumbent will welcome visitors or clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions, and book any meetings.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook for visitors and arranging couriers and sorting and distributing post.
Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for Screening, Answering and forwarding phone calls.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities if any.
Must be able to operate All type of hybrid exchange systems.
Must not have a problem working late hours ocassionally.
