Dankash is looking for a talented "Social Media Marketing Expert" to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social Media Marketing Expert, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Able to Give Physical, Online and Practical Training Classes on SMM to Students.
Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insight.
Recommend improvements to increase performance
Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
Manage a budget for social media activities
Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company.
Encourage collaboration across teams and departments

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of social media management experience.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, media and Mass communication or related field.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

(Please make sure you are OK with the timings)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
