- Visit Care Centers and Contract Workshops in areas Frequently
- Audit Customer Care operations at care centers and contract workshops
- Provide Training on weaknesses of Customer Care Activities
- Develop new Contract Workshops as required with the workload
- Inform higher management in case of any abnormalities in care centers and Contract workshops
- Minimize pending units of customers and dealers with the coordination of HO, Parts Dept and RND
