Assisting HOD in providing professional advice and guidance on all employee relation issues to managers (including disciplinary, grievance handling, absence, redundancy, communication, and performance management).
Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and initiatives as appropriate and contribute to the development of the HR function to meet organizational needs.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Complete onboarding paperwork efficiently and issue contracts to successful candidates.
Responding to internal and external queries via email.
Work with HR to comply with hiring needs and resource requirements in different locations.
Verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Coordinate and work with the HR operations team to ensure smooth operations of HR
Maintaining records for applicants
Conduct reference and background checks
Assisting line manager in all other activities
Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
