To develop Dar-ul-Madinah Pre-Primary Curriculum Framework
To ensure pre-primary books development according to
decided standards and timelines
To develop all pre-primary resource material
To observe, control, and monitor the pre-primary curriculum
implementation
To keep enhancing the curriculum as per need
To define the qualification, experiences, and evaluation criteria of teacher for implementation of curricula
To perform any other task assigned by management

Skills:

Diploma/Certificate in ECE from a reputed institute or university.
Minimum 5 years writing or editing of pre-school books
Should be able to understand ins and outs of the national curriculum of Pakistan.
Should be able to prepare frameworks for book development.
Well aware of all areas of Bloom Taxonomy.
Know all Pre-School teaching and learning approaches.
Know educational Psychology for early years.
Should be able to write age and level appropriate content for Pre-primary books, i.e. English, Urdu, Math, and EVS.
Should be able to edit already written content of books to suit the needs and requirements of the organization.
Move freely all over Pakistan for campuses visit.
Good presentation and communication skills
