Soft Skill Trainer will need to develop and deliver, according to Annual Training Calendar, the below courses, including but not limited to:
Time Management, Goal Setting, Presentation Skills, How to lead High Performance teams
Interpersonal Skills, and Communication, Capacity Building, Employee Motivation, Selling Skills,
Other topics, Negotiation Skills.
Selecting or creating appropriate learning materials for instructional purposes with the help of R&D Section.
Monitoring the effectiveness of training materials.
Assessing the weaknesses and strengths of individuals during training and adjusting training as needed.
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group
and individual classroom dynamics.
Utilizing a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to
ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
To conduct specific training needs assessments, with the help of R&D Section, to support the design,
development and delivery of corporate training programs and strategies.
Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of all training programs, with the help of the M&E Officer.
Partner with Heads of other departments to develop and deliver high quality human resource.
Willingness to travel within Pakistan or abroad, as needed by the management.
Preparation of monthly personal performance file and submit to Manager RT&D.
Any other related task, during duty timings, assigned by Manager RT&D

Job Specification

At least Graduate, having Certification in Learning & Development will be preferable.
3 – 5 years experience in Training, Learning & Development programs.
