Data Call Center is a Multinational Service Provider to our British Clients and has service centers in major cities of Pakistan. We are in need of a Client Service Manager for our Taxi/Cab Services in the UK.

- Candidates who previously lived or stayed in the UK will be preferred because they will be aware of areas of the UK
- Exceptional communication skills preferably with a foreign accent (British)
- Knowledge of OTC and Minicabit will be plus
- Experience in customer service/ call center environment
- Excellent Customer Management Skills
- Complaint Management & Escalation process.
- Self Motivated
- Good Team Player
- Ability to multi-task
- Achieve established standards for call handling quality
- Shift timings are rotating and you are expected to work on ROTA.
- Goal-Oriented, determined and high-achiever
