At Data Science Dojo, we are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our Marketing team as an Inside Sales Representative. You will be the first touchpoint in any sales cycle and play a key role in lead generations and customer journey.
You will be responsible for researching potential prospects for Data Science Dojo’s training programs, using different tools available to conduct outreach, educate prospects about our training programs and help leads transition into customers.
Responsibilities
- Create and deploy automated lead nurturing system
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline by phone calls, emails, text messages, social media, and other channels of communication
- Secure meetings opportunities through inbound and outbound calls and emails.
- Develop leads and referrals
- Follow up on every qualified prospect and sales lead
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Onboard and set up new clientele for service
- Answer sales inquiries and calls
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters in Communication, Business Administration, Media, PR or related field, specialization in Sales & Marketing is preferred
- Prior experience in sales and marketing outreach.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working and tracking with CRM systems
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems, outbound calls, answering sales inquiries
