Correspondence with the clients through Chat / Email / Phone.
Handle customer queries & complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
To organize the effective collation, recording and distribution of correspondence and papers.
Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures, training and guidelines as required for team enhancement.
Set up and maintain effective filing system.
Follow-ups / Feed back with the client.
Update Client Contact List.
Work with team on special and ongoing projects related to verification, edition, and deletion of data.
Ensure collection of monthly payments from clients.
Assist supervisor in conducting periodic system trainings for clients.
Will perform any task given by line manager.
