- Highly skilled at the use of ETL tools for data engineering primarily SSIS. Secondary tools could be plus such as View Informatica or DataStage

- Work with the appropriate project management methodology (e.g. Agile or Waterfall) based upon customer and project requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
- Experience leading technical teams in the lead role
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
