We are looking for a talented candidate for the role of “Sales Executive (Outbound) / Business Development Executive”. The candidate should have 1-4 years of progressive experience in Information Technology/Software Industry sales (US Clients preferred). The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and Communication skills with American Accent. Experience in call centers wouldbe a plus.

Job requirements:

Responsible for generating new leads and assist in expanding the business.
Develop and maintain strong new client relationships and ability to get business from the U.S market.
Persistently follow-up with the leads and close sales aggressively.
Work closely under supervision of Sales Team Lead and ability to meet the deadlines.
Enter client/customers data as per defined standard operating procedures
Ensure compliance with all company / client policies, procedures and practices.
Technical knowhow of IT/Computer Science preferably Bachelors or Master's Degree from a reputable university.
Goal oriented, determined and a high achiever with strong work ethics and attitude.
Time management, efficiency and work well under pressure with minimal supervision are important.
