Datum Square IT Services, a leading US based software development firm located in Islamabad & Lahore, Pakistan is in the process of rapid growth and expanding its team and looking for talented and passionate Senior TALL Stack Developer to help our client build and implement a web application that gathers academic data and information from high school students as well as their personal interests. This information is then used to suggest career paths, whether it be college, the workforce, or military, and allows students, parents, and teachers to communicate directly with experts in the related field of interest.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to create engaging user experiences and journeys
Architect, design, and develop PHP application using Laravel framework in a team setting
Deliver efficient, scalable and maintainable code
Take initiative and professional accountability in work
Provide realistic estimates and consistently deliver high-quality work on time
Communicate early and regularly when faced with challenges or road blocks
Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing code
Deploy code to development, staging, and production environments
Stay current on latest technologies and trends
Identify and recommend technical and process improvements
Participate in peer code reviews and approve features for final review

Required Skills:

Experience with TALL Stack: Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, and Livewire
Experience in Agile Application Development and Scrum methodologies
Must have successfully created large-scale Laravel web applications
Strong experience working with MySQL databases
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
Expertise in source control, code review, and repository management with Git
Experience using Laravel Forge and AWS

Education and Experience Needed:

5-7 years of technical experience developing in Laravel applications and physical architectures for enterprise-level mission-critical systems
Willingness to learn new skills/tech as needed
Experience in Agile application development and Scrum methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
Expertise in source control, code review, and repository management with GIT
Team player who can also work independently
