Have To Manage the Production with Production Manager
Communicate With Other Staff Member
Responsible for monitoring, measurement and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s product.
Report to management on the performance of the different groups including the need for improvement.
Conduct QAs and/or managers product Quality review/training meetings.
Update Teams, leads, floor on standards, regulations/protocols and qualities issues.
Coordinate ongoing training and new hire training on floor.
Implementing protocols and coordinating testing session with head office.
