Collect properly filled ‘Man-power Requisition Form’ from departments
Collection of CVs in hard/soft copies through different resources and save into CV Bank.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Screening and shortlisting of received CVs in view of required education and experience.
If required candidates are not available in CV Bank, preparation of Job Advertisement and placement on different Recruitment Platforms with the help of Assistant Manager.
Arrangement of Screening and Final Panel Interviews by calling finalized candidates.
Sending Interview Plan to all Panel Members by email and coordination with them at the time of interview.
Final selection for the position with the help of Manager and HOD.
Placement of new employee at the required position and department.
Arrange Induction Training of all new incumbents, hired during the month on a group level.
