Job Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Branch Sales and Expenses Budget with the help of Branch Manager
Check Sales Tax invoices/Sales Return compliance as per company policies. Prepare data and summary reports Sales Tax Returns
Cash Flow and Outflow management for Sales Office, warehouse and Service building; day to day expenses and deduct Income tax where applicable
Responsible for reviewing of budget expenses summary and take appropriate measure to control it in case of adverse variances
Compilation of Annual Branch Budget with branch manager
Responsible for managing all legal affairs like tax deduction, deposit in banks, process of payment to EOBI & P/SESSI
Responsible for cash management & deposit of daily collection in Bank and follow-up of transfer of funds to Head Office
Proper recording of all franchise/contract workshops bills on monthly basis.
Any other responsibilities asigned by the Branch Manager
