Must have been working in production facility for atleast 2 years, preferrably 3 and have hands on experience of SAC Assembly

Must be able to work in shifts

Must have thorough knowledge of MS Office

Must have knowledge of ERP systems and manage inventory levels as per production requirements

Must have thorough knowledge of BOM & it's implementation

Must have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & 5S

Should be able to manage a workforce of more than 50 people

Prepare & adhere to Shopfloor production plan with respect to main production plan

Find areas of improvement in terms of Energy Conservation & Material Saving Projects

Ensure Repair and maintenance requirements of all equipments in the shopfloor

Record and maintain proper documentation for the shopfloor which includes but not limited to FFPI, Training Records, Shift Records, Changeover Records

Responsible for meeting targets/objectives of the shop

Coordinate the activities of all the sections within his scope

Responsible to ensure that all activities within department are performed in accordance with established system procedures

Ensure strict compliance of Health & Safety requirements for the assigned shopfloor

Responsible to ensure Compliance of ISO 45001; ISO 9001; ISO 14001 & ISO 50001

Responsible to identify the training & development requirements of his staff while maintaining a skill matrix

Any additional responsibility instructed by Head of Department
