Maintain existing network
Maintain IT hardware.
New systems ready (Software and Hardware installation) and ensure system compatibility with user usage.
Monitor IT Hardware performance.
Provide IT related support to all users.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults and also replacing parts as required.
Providing support, including procedural documentation.
Testing and evaluating new technology.

Preferred Skills

Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word.
Hardware Configuration & Driver Installation.
Network IP Configuration (WAN/VPN).
Installation of latest Operating System (Windows).
Quality and customer focus, phone skills, good verbal and written communication
