AS Enterprises is looking for an energetic Female inventory control executive for their operations in Ghouri Town, Islamabad.Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for the tracking of stock.
Preparing Purchase orders, sending to suppliers and receiving the invoices.
Candidate will be responsible for entering the goods received in the software and to make sure it is out of system when the product is dispatched to customers.
Keep the Database of customers, suppliers, and inventory up to date in the software.
Make sure relevant documentation and filling is complete for a transaction.
Requirement:
• Must have an excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of formal emails to customers and suppliers.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications is required.
Our inventory is mostly cosmetic products therefore a female having knowledge on cosmetic products will be given preference.
Salary Package: PKR 12000-15000Working hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm – 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
