The Production Manager will oversee the production process, coordinating all activities to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production team, optimizing production workflows, and ensuring that the highest standards of quality are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. Collaborate with the planning department and other teams to meet production goals.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the production team, including supervisors, operators, and support staff. Ensure proper training and development of team members.
Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the company’s standards and specifications.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Budget Management: Monitor production costs and manage the production budget effectively. Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed within the production facility. Promote a culture of safety among the team.
Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient utilization of resources.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, performance, and any issues that may arise.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations.
