Tracking inspection of raw materials
Preparation and calibration of conventional chemical reagents.
Sampling of various mineral raw materials such as: quartz sand, calcite, lithium porcelain powder, dolomite and other testing and analysis.
Sampling of various chemical raw materials such as: soda ash, clarifying agent, aluminum hydroxide, borax, etc. for testing and analysis.
Sampling of environmental protection materials such as: ammonia water and baking soda are sent to the physical and chemical room for composition determination.
Determination of particle size and moisture content of raw materials.
Determination of the uniformity of the mixture.
Determination of iron content in glass.
Product density determination.
Testing of physical and chemical properties of products; such as thermal shock resistance, water resistance, etc.
