1- According to project and operation requirements, recruit staff on approval of GM.
2- Be responsible for verifying induction papers and make sure induction profile is accurate and input in system.
3- Update the roster timely and make sure it is accurate.
4- Record exit interview and process it in system timely.
5- Process the job transfer in NC according to approval of transfer application in OA.
6- Make work badge for new staff or shifted staff timely. Renew work badge for promoted staff after the evaluation.
7- Draw up labor contract which complies with local laws and regulations and continuously optimize it.
8- Guide new staff to sign labor contract and file the contract after numbering it.
9- Pick out the labor contract closing to expiration date on quarterly basis and get it renewed and update it in NC.
10- Pick up the terminated contracts and file them on annual basis.
11- Keeping contracts and passports etc.
12- Make sure all the contract management complies with the requirements of archive management.
13- Update the archive timely according to notice in OA.
14- According to annual head count plan, check if the head counts required from various departments are same with that in system.
15- Schedule the working shift of administrative staff and some front line staff.
16- Daily management of archive (remuneration, induction and resignation, rewards and punishment, shifted archive etc.)
17- Provide training of organizational culture and employee handbook to new employees at induction.
18- Try to find good examples in company operation and write newsletter to praise the role model.
19- The promptness of recruitment, vacancy fulfillment rate and satisfaction from service.
20- Timely and accurate update of staff archive.
21- Timely and accurate signing of labor contracts.
22- Timely and accurate update of administrative staff.
23- Accurate head count planning and data verification.
