ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Recognized relevant qualification from a Dairy Training institute (Dairy Tech. graduate).
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of experience as a DPO in an automated dairy plant. Experienced in similar position within a dairy or food environment. Experience in production of fresh and UHT products, Juice, Milk and cultured milk products. Experienced with automated Process Control.
