Main Objective of Role:

To provide effective HR Services which include but not limited to Recruitment, Training, Policy Designing, most important handling Odoo ERP System for managing all necessary work.

Duties & Responsibility:

Revise company policies.
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
Organize and maintain personnel records.
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick leave).
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.

Skills Required:

Must be able to communicate well in English language (Written, Spoken).
Ability to handle Odoo ERP.
Excellent interpersonal skill.
