A desirable candidate must have known the Product Development / R&D - making smart decisions & communications with buyers / buying agents.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Active relations with International Buyers / Local Buying Agencies
- Proactively offer the fabric options and garment development strategy to Factory
- Responsible for partnering with mills to provide a working vendor base that is reliable in quality, price and service
- Monitor new required format, procedures, timeline
- Negotiation of the development roll, Salesman sample fabric delivery / Costing / MOQ and flash costing
- Comprehensive market research of latest fashion trends, analysis and negotiation
- Work on mood boards, theme boards & material board as per captured Business Information
- Follow-ups of Merchandising operating procedures
