• What You’ll Do!
• You will upload, edit and maintain listings (including variation listings) to all Amazon Seller Central accounts
• You will do daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all Amazon Seller Central accounts for policy violation or account health warnings
• You will complete regular audits on all product listings to ensure proper operation and optimization including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords and other product details. Provide guidance for developing high impact product images and videos
• You will Identify untapped product opportunities and markets for further business development
• Will be responsible for all areas related to the optimization of Amazon Product Listings for the purpose of increasing sales
• You will be responsible for maintaining and creating new product listings on all the e-commerce portals like Amazon, eBay, etc. Monitoring listings for suppressed items, and ranking/optimizing products
• Work closely with management on product development by providing product and market research, competitor analysis, and pricing guidelines within online product offerings
• Web-savvy individuals with in-depth knowledge of the Internet, search engines, and e-commerce site functionality. Comfortable with detailed-oriented research of product description and price analysis
• Conduct market research for new products to be sold on E-commerce Channels. Manage listings on eBay, Amazon platforms (the US and international). Set up and manage listings in other various online marketplaces
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements. Enter data into relevant market places, update keywords, and organize product information
• Use Excel skills to ensure the data collected is accurate as per need, compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
• Research and update product pricing based on sales
• Create or enhance website content and email messaging with persuasive content
• Manage data on excel spreadsheets and on online software accurately
• Manage day to day Store operations. (Adding new products, updating existing ones)
• You will maintain and update and manage Amazon Storefronts, Enhanced Brand Content as well as create various deals within each Amazon marketplace
• You will assist with successful online marketing campaigns including, but not limited to PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, launching new products and generating reviews that comply with Amazon’s Terms of Service
• You will perform thorough keyword research and analysis, as well as Best Seller Rank research in order to maximize our visibility within each marketplace
• You will remain up to date with Amazon’s best practices, new trends and platform updates
• You will manage and maintain the Amazon Vendor Central account listing including but not limited to, regular listing audits, keyword research and optimization and listing enhancements
• You will work on other various tasks to assist other departments where needed including, but not limited to, such as solving issues with the assistance of Amazon Seller Support

Other Skills Required

• Fully fluent in English
• Experienced with Amazon, Shopify and other eCommerce platforms
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and proficient at building reports, and distilling actionable insights to affect growth in the business
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel & ERP with the ability to work on bulk data
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Hard-working, resourceful, self-motivated, detailed, and responsible
• Must be a team player and eager to collaborate across projects and departments
• Extremely organized and able to multi-task
• Fast learner, assertive and has a lot of common sense when given instructions
• Inventive and proactive in designing and implementing new processes to continually streamline the department and suggest new ideas on a regular basis
