· Prepares company’s Profit/Loss Account & Balance Sheet.

· Maintain and administrate company’s financial statements.

· Administers client’s financial statements

· Administers company’s cash flow statement.

· Manage company’s Book keeping.

· Analyzing and investigating annual and monthly financial accounts

· Undertaking financial modeling.

· Preparing reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements of company and its clients.

· Liaising with managerial staff, colleagues and clients

· Developing and managing financial systems/policies

· Administering payrolls

· Controlling income and expenditure

· Ensuring compliance with taxation legislation

· Handling petty cash.

· Manage the office expenses.

· Bank reconciliations.

· Should be able work with accounting software like SAGE or IRIS.

· Having 3+ years of relevant experience.

· Having good communication skills in English.
