1. You will assist to Manager Contracts in the following activities:
· Preparation of required technical proposals including project schedules & method statements
· Correspondence with consultants & clients for fulfilling the requirements of projects
· Update the bid submission schedules
· Prepare prequalification for difference departments
· Preparation of Bank Grantees (BGs) , Issuances , Car Insurances & etc with the help of Finance /concerned departments
· Responsible to make /arrange /update all the associated documents & reports in a proper manner & present to the demanding authority
· Responsible to study each bid , arrange to bid on behalf of company & prepare all associated contracts/JV’s etc as well
Any other task assigned by the Management time to time
