  • Maintain the record of Sites Supplier bills and Assist checking the bill of Suppliers.
  • Assist to make the Supplier bills.
  • Maintain the all sites IPCDs.
  • Work on Bidding Documents PDF bill of Quantity Convert the Excel Sheet for working on rate analysis.
  • Prepare the bar bending Schedule.
  • Preparation of material Schedule and quantities for procurements.
  • Preparation the Drawing & Shop Drawing as per sites.
  • Maintain the record of approve & unapproved, bills & deposit to Account Department.
  • Prepared the budget of office Estimate and Others official Projects.
  • Prepare the summary of all sites unapproved bills.
  • Find out the quantities of work for Planning Assist & coordinate with Planning department.
  • All other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
