Ensure that every subordinate is working as per defined JD.
Processing site demands as per company SOP, by verifying actual work done vs required demand.
Processing of Labor/Vendor bills as per company SOP. Do physical verification at site. Prepare comparison drawing Vs Actual.
Processing of P/C bills and recommending the payments as per site requirement, by safe guarding the interests of the company i.e. verifying the Quantity and Quality, never pay for undone quantities, or duplicate and keep payments on credits.
Processing of Vendor bills by verifying the Quantity and Quality.
Preparing Bills for payment to company regularly as per site requirement but minimum once a month, as per standard practice of the client. Ensuring all the details and supporting of the bill.
Following the submitted IPC of site and get the approvals for payment in efficient way.
Ensure the material to be used strictly as per Design requirement, and no material is wasted or used extra than the paid item.
Processing of Vendor / Supplier bills after verifying the Quantity and Quality.
Implementation of site monitoring report.
Verifying all bills and expenses.
Reconciliation of the quality and quantity of material required with actual material being executed at site.
Obey Task assign by reporting authority.
