Objective:

Cook quality food for WHH staff and keep the office premises clean and tidy

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

The Cook is responsible for making quality food for WHH Staff. And support Cleaner in cleaning of office equipment’s and office premises.

Major Responsibilities as Cook

Prepare and cook food according to daily meal menu
Develops daily food preparation and production list
He/she is responsible for maintaining quality and quantity of food and services
Determines foods needs and quantities based upon daily usage by WHH staff
Maintains standards of sanitation, kitchen hygiene and food service technique and safety
Make tea arrangements for the staff as well as for the guests when needed (after 2.00 PM)
He/she is responsible for monthly food advances and their liquidation
Maintain the visitor food record for proper reimbursement
Maintain the food register to staff contribution
Any other task assigns by the supervisor in line with Job profile

Internal: Administration, Finance

External: Market vendors

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Very good health
Good interpersonal skills
Literate enough to communicate easily
02 Year cooking/attendant experience
Ability to work in pressure
Good norms and ethics
Experience with (I) NGOs would be an added value
