Objective and General Functions:
We are looking for Interns who can work in Finance and Logistic departments to perform various departmental tasks and support our Finance and logistic department’s daily activities specially in record keeping and rationalize the documentation and further document it properly by processing and archiving of files.

Under general supervision of the Country Director and direct supervision of concerned head of department, the Intern will support departments through performing the following duties which may not be limited to:
Logistic:
- Provide assistance in preparation of purchase request, receive the quotations and prepare the comparative bid analysis.
- Assist in document the procurements e.g., requisition, CBA, PO, Invoices GDN etc.
- Assist in scanning process of vouchers/invoices.
- Assist in vendor relations and management.
- Maintain and verify inventory records and archiving of files.
- Assist in electronic filing of logistic documents.
- Any other tasks as requested by the supervisor in line with internship learning scope.
Finance:
- Provide assistance in the preparation of vouchers.
- Assist in preparing cheques and preparing supporting documents.
- Assist in scanning process of vouchers.
- Assist in banking relations and management.
- Maintain accounting records and archiving files.
- Assist in electronic filing of finance documents.
- Any other tasks as requested by the supervisor in line with the internship learning scope.
Deliverables:
- All files are archived and updated.
- Provide effective and efficient support to finance and Logistic function.
After a successful completion of the Internship, Intern needs to submit an internship report/feedback, which covers the working experience with WHH.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Internships are for Graduates who have done a BBA/MBA/Master from HEC recognized University degree with Supply chain finance/accounting or HR specialization.
- Prior internship experience in logistic or finance could be an advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Command of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Result oriented.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
Languages: Fluent English & Urdu is desirable
The position will be filled based on available funding.
