Job Description

Managing incoming calls, chats and emails
Generating sales inquiries through calls, custom quote request forms, chats and emails
Making sure every inquiry is catered properly; working in supervision of sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales
Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotation in time
Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales

· Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)

· Possess Knowledge of Call Center Operations

· Must be flexible to work in shifts

· Excellent communication skills

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities
Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files
Coordinating with design team to make artwork changes requested by customer
Coordinating with shipping team to make sure customer receives his/her job on time
CSR should be fluent in English and Urdu as well

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Depending on interview

Experience:

Customer Service: 2 year (Preferred)
