We require Skilled and Experienced CS resources to provide the highest level of Customer Service to all customers both internally and externally.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English along with Neutral Accent required.
• Always be ready to answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards at busy times and document call information according to DG Operational Guide
• Deal with driver questions, issues and complaints according to DG Operation Guide
• Identify and escalate issues or potential issues.
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
• Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
• Attention to detail is a priority. Provide excellent customer service, above and beyond experience
