- Consult students on career choices, choose courses in foreign educational institutes and universitie
- Handling and identification of prospective clients through different channels like E-mails, Online
- Assistance with admission and visa application.
- Convert inquiries into sales.
- Respond to quarries raised by client , department during the case processing and give follow up.
- Make calls to the inquiries received through emails and Facebook and provide relevant information.
