Digital Human Resource Consulting Services, is currently looking for a Front Desk Officer, for its clients located at Ahsanabad Near Gulshan-e-Maymar, Highway, Karachi.

Capstone (School of Physiotherapy) looking for a pleasant and friendly Front Desk Representative to join our team. You are the first point of contact – the face and voice of Capstone College. You will welcome visitors and take calls in a warm and professional manner. Appreciate the importance of reception and the significance of being at the forefront of a successful business.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
Respond to visitors’ questions professionally and courteously.
Ensure maintaining company image at all times.
Accommodate visitors, job candidates, and Clients.
Entertain Existing Vendor visits and facilitates them.
Get rooms ready for interviews or conferences.
Record, file, and track all outgoing and incoming courier and sort mail.
Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities.
Procure office furniture and supplies.
Assist admin staff with office fit-out requirements.
Ad hoc duties as required and directed by your line manager.
Direct Visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Assist in making meeting room reservations, catering and arrangements, and travel bookings.

Requirements:

Qualification: Min bachelors in any field of study
Excellent communication skills (fluent spoken and written English)
Good computer skills – efficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Administrative skills.
