Qualification:

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in marketing

Key Responsibilities as Social Media Marketing Associate:

Conducting Market Research and reporting research findings
Supporting the marketing team
Doing day-to-day administrative tasks
Writing and proofreading marketing material
Helping to plan events, projects and campaigns
Helping to create proposals and presentations
Develop, implement and manage social media marketing campaign
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Doing video editing and graphic designing for social media posting.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
