We are looking for an Sr. HR Manager to help lead efforts in growing our teams. You will play a meaningful role in finding and hiring the people who align with our company goals and culture. You will have the opportunity to define and drive the strategic direction of our hiring teams as the company grows to meet new demands. You will use your deep experience in full-cycle recruiting to lead, mentor and train a solid and high-performing employee base.

HR Manager Responsibilities:

· Recruiting, hiring, and training

· Employee counseling

· Event coordination

· Administration of compensation and health benefits

· Organization of company resources

· Compliance with office regulations and employee treatment

· Employee safety and welfare

· Performance management

· Policy development, citation, and documentation

· Management of charitable efforts

Sr. HR Manager Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficiency in relationship management

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in HR especially is Multinational or IT Company, has a 4-year degree in Business, Human Resources or similar, and is familiar with the following software/tools: MS Word, MS Excel.

Before Acquisition, the Organization was named as 3D Modelling Services (3DMS) which was setup back in 2015 to provide 3D digital Orthodontic treatment and 3D digital dental model tagging services to a Texas (USA) based company name ClearCorrect Inc.
