We are looking for an enthusiastic BI Developer with the following requirement;

Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level
Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist
Design data models to extract data from operational databases and transform the data to easily understood business views.
Responsible for loading data into BI platform, developing Analytical Cubes, and BI Reports
Ability to troubleshoot BI models
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Must have proficiency with SQL Queries, Microsoft Excel
Design, create and maintain ad-hoc and persistent reporting
Process unstructured data into a form suitable for analysis- then do the analysis
Manage and maintain the reporting infrastructure
Hands-on experience in BI technologies like Power-BI and Tableau
Provide ad hoc financial reports, tables, exhibits as requested
Remarkable knowledge of financial systems
Ability to analyze financial statements including income statement, balance
Sheet, and statement of cash flows.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in order to meet individual goals and deadlines.

Candidates with US Healthcare experience will be given preference.
