Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead (JAVA / J2EE)

We are looking for a candidate with 8+ years of experience in JAVA/J2EE Technology (spring 2.x, 3.x Framework, Struts, JQuery, Web Services). The ideal candidate for this position must possess good analytical & communication skills and he must be able to lead the developer’s team.

Details:

6+ years of professional development experience in Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SOAP, REST and Web Services.
Understanding of Micro-services Architecture design and development
Relational Databases, SQL and ORM
Object Oriented Analysis and Design & Test-Driven Development
Extensive experience on EJB (Enterprise Java Beans), Hibernate, Spring 2.x, 3.x Framework, Struts 1.x Framework, Javascript & JQuery
Must be able to lead the team of developers and manage the client effectively
Knowledge of Active Directory is a plus.
Experience in Agile Development and JIRA will be preferred.

Design, implement and maintain java application phases
To take part in software and architectural development activities
Identifying production and non-production application issues
Transforming requirements into stipulations
Effective time management and communication skills
