Responsibilties:
Conduct sourcing activities through various channels such as posting jobs to relevant media platforms (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and browsing resume databases and portfolio sites.
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
Creating strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities, new tools and techniques.
