To ensure the finished goods received from production department are complete, accurate and visible.
To ensure the proper storage and stacking of finished products.
To ensure smooth dispatches of finished products.
To define and clarify the discrepancies between finished stock and dispatch plan.
To ensure the vehicle arrangement according to the dispatch plan.
To ensure stock is updated with dispatch details.
To ensure the completeness of procedural protocols of documentation trail with respect to the movement of stock.
To ensure the safe movement of stock within & outside the factory.
To have a closed-loop system, where it ensures the acknowledgement of dispatch stock at receiving end.
To verify the carriage contractor bills and forward to factory accounts department.
To ensure the temporary issued products returned back safely to finished goods.
Perform any other task assigned by the department manager
