Recruitment:

  • Assist the Manager HR in the whole recruitment process for South region.
  • Liaise with all BU heads for updated vacant positions and prepare necessary documentation relating to management approvals.
  • Execute Internal and External Recruitment for sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates for all permanent and Contract positions.
  • Schedule and participate in interview process in conjunction with the BU representatives for the non-managerial job positions.
  • Conduct relevant functional tests and reference checks where required.
  • Maintain relationships with university career offices and various institutes for Job fairs and on campus interviews to source the best fresh graduates to be hired at different positions.
  • Coordination with headhunters / recruitment firms for relevant pools of candidates whenever required.
  • Work in line with the directions of Head Office HR for employer branding activities

Trainings & Evaluation:

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to identify training/skills/competency needs of the organization, in partnership with line management.
  •  Design, develop, conduct and evaluate training programs/ workshops (Internal/External) to new hires and existing staff based on TNA, with the help of Manager HR.
  • Assist the manager to design and implement ways of measuring employee engagement.
  • Assist the manager in annual appraisal process for gathering data within the specified time.
  •  Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for all positions with the help of functional heads, for evaluation of performance (performance review) on periodic basis.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures and revision of the same in collaboration with Manager HR.

HR Operations:

  • Coordinate for joining formalities of new employees, complete the documents and send to Head Office.
  • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with Head Office HR.
  • Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide timely assistance.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activities performed to Manager HR on monthly basis.
  • Assist the manager in organizing and facilitating for different employee events in the region.
  •  Partner with Head Office HR team to facilitate organization and cultural change.
  • Employee Relations: point person for all staff regarding HR matters.
  • Conduct exit interview and facilitate for the clearance process of leaving employee for his/her final settlement.
  • Coordination and effective communication between the employees and Head Office.
