- Function as intermediary management level between service centers and HO
- Oversee day to day working of the SCs
- Act as focal point for management of corporate clients’ complaints
- Ensure implementation of HO policies and instructions.
- Monitor KPIs of the SCs & Guide SCs for achieving and maintaining the KPIs
- Recommend growth and expansion plans to HO.
- Forecast requirements of HR, Parts and supplies for efficient and effective CS
- Liaise with HO, Stores, TIC and TI & Q for timely availability of support to SCs
- Visit SCs and ensure their operations, documentation and general upkeep
- Conduct performance appraisal of the Center in-charges and other staff of the SCs
- Maintain close liaison with sales for high profile customers
- Assist SC in-charges in prioritization of customer complaints
