Progressive Education Network (PEN) is a non-profit organization providing quality education to the less privileged children across Pakistan.
- PEN is looking for a senior, experienced professional to lead its fundraising team headquartered at Lahore.
- The position will be responsible to build and manage the fundraising function at PEN and will report directly to the CEO.
- He/ She will need to raise funds from a combination of Domestic and Foreign individuals, corporates, and institutions with a broad-based approach.
- Develop fundraising strategies, formulate solicitation procedures and implement the entire process with clear KPIs
- Front and oversee all fundraising activities and steward relations with existing and prospective premium donors
- Be the face of PEN at all appropriate forums, build and maintain relationships across the high value fundraising portfolios of supporters (existing and potential), with a particular focus to identify networks and opportunities
- Identify, approach and develop potential donors, follow up with them, liaise with different internal stakeholders as needed, and take fundraising conversations to closure
- Prepare quarterly budgets to determine funding needs
- Liaise and report on funding progress to the Board of Directors and PEN Management Team
- Excellent PR and peoples’ skills
- Minimum 10 years of senior-fundraising experience, preferably in an NGO of repute
- Clear and effective written and oral communication skills
- Passion for making a difference to the underprivileged thru education
- Established relationship and network in the local and international Philanthropic and or Social Impact Sector
- Age should not exceed 45 years.
- Candidate with own transport shall be given preference.
