We are looking for the services of a suitable candidate for the position of “Manager Admin & Security”, based at Islamabad Office.

This position will be responsible for managing Admin related duties for all offices of DWP Group in North region.

Roles and Responsibilities

General Office Administration including janitorial services, Mess, verification of expense claims and company events in the Region.
Travel Arrangements including process visas, rent-a-car arrangements etc.
Project Coordination including supervision of construction and repair of office and other facilities.
Security Services in with coordination of Head Office Security team.
Public Relations (PR), liaison with all local government departments.
Manage all legal matters of the region in coordination with HO

Core Skills

Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English.
Ability to work under pressure
Experience of networking and engaging with law enforcement agencies
Excellent Crisis Management skills

Job Specifications:

Ex Armed Force Officer would be preferred (Major with full service)
Maximum Age 48 years
