- Overall planning, management and controlling of Internal Audit function throughout group.
- Developing the IA plan acting as a liaison downward (i.e. Users (MFOs) & IA team) and upward (i.e. CFO & HOD IA)Finalizing the IA plan with HoD Internal Audit & CFO for onward submission to CEO.
- Representing in monthly (operations) meetings of divisions (where IA functions are required to discuss)
- Representing to HoD IA & CFO on monthly or on required basis.
- Representation and review of quarterly plan to CFO along with HoD Internal Audit.
- Manager IA would be the “immediate” head of IA regional teams for their functional, operational as well as administrative/HR related matters.
- Supervising and Controlling the IA teams during the plan activity execution to ensure objective achievements with quality / value addition within the timeline.
- Compiling the data, information and primary reports from IA regional teams pertaining to their activities.
- Reviewing, analyzing, performing further procedures to generate secondary level reports with professional opinion and conclusion.
- Discussing the reports with HoD IA before submission to divisional users (MFOs) for their feedback/remarks.
