- Sign daily attendance and submit to HR within half an hour of start of work.
- Submit all technical documents to PCD of previous day within an hour of start of work.
- Ensure work start & finish in time in the morning & breaks.
- Ensure trained & proper deployment as per station requirement.
- Ensure safety of men & equipment.
- Ensure the execution of standard work instructions at every stage of production line.
- Receive kit & arrange location wise on the line & provide the product related material.
- Confirm the engineering change instructions of each Lot and ensure proper implementation of technical data on production line.
- Ensure the production of daily planned quantity through strict vigilance.
- Ensure the machines start and stop at notified timings without production loss.
- Maintain production line, equipment & tools in serviceable condition & ensure preventive maintenance timely.
- Ensure timely calibration of all test equipment.
- Prepare quality trouble reports (QTR) in case of any imperfection.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for the items required in AC IDL production.
- Report to APM for any line failure, malfunction of machines & stoppage in production.
- Return all surplus parts to CPS and categorize defective parts at end of each Lot.
- Ensure update & completeness of inventory at daily base.
- Carry out allied work as instructed by department head.
