- Provide support to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Lead in executing daily HR processes within the department including but not limited to the processes of following domains:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Management Trainee Program Process
- HR Operations (Employee file management, benefits management, clearance process, etc.)
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and concerned staff members.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios, and references.
- Send regret email to all the candidates who were not shortlisted in the interview round(s).
